Rolling contracts

Our affordable fully managed support contracts ensure that your systems stay healthy and keep running the way they should; we are offering you peace of mind that someone proactively takes care of your core IT systems. Please find details of our fully managed IT Service here.

Our small team of engineers and consultants can provide you with everything normally associated with running an internal IT Department. We offer on-site, hands-on support and also operate a telephone helpdesk service.

The basic rolling contract includes a fully managed and monitored service and can cost as little as £35 per user per month. The exact price for the monthly agreement depends on the size of the IT infrastructure and number of users.

Fixed Fee for ad-hoc work and new clients without support contract:

Call-out charge (M25 area): £50

Hourly rate: £90

The minimum charge is for one hour; after the first hour we bill in 10 minute increments.

All our fees INCLUDE VAT.
